Exhibition Details

The exhibition will be organized online to showcase the work of talented artists from around the world, continuing our six-year tradition. This year, submissions are limited to the painting category.

Eligibility
-Age limit : Minimum 18 years.
-Nationality: Candidates from all countries are welcome to participate.
-Status: Open to professional artists, fine arts students, art teachers in schools and colleges, and members of both artistic and non-artistic groups.
-Members of कला-कुंभ (Kala-Kumbh) are also eligible to participate.

Procedure for Registration:
1. Email the following to *info@kalakumbh.in* and kalakumbhofficial@gmail.com both.
a. Photographs of your artwork in JPG format.
b. Artist's information in a Word document or another editable format.
c. Government-issued identity proof (e.g., Aadhar card, driving license, voter ID).
d. Proof of payment (screenshot or transaction receipt).
2. Stay connected on our social media pages and check your email for results on the announcement day.
3. Until the selection process is complete, artists may make one change to their submission. No changes will be allowed after the results are announced.

Registration Fees-
1- Students: Rs. 400 or $10 USD per entry (maximum of 3 artworks per entry).
2- Artist: Rs. 700 or $15 USD per entry (maximum of 3 artworks per entry).

Rules to participate in कला-कुंभ (KALA-KUMBH)
1. Submit at least 3 artworks of high-quality images. They may be part of a series or unique individual pieces, but must be original.
2. Only selected works of fine quality will be exhibited online.
3. Artworks must reflect your personal style; copied works will not be accepted.
4. Participation is contingent on the submission of identity proof.
5. Only 30 candidates from the artist group and 30 from the student group will be selected for Kala-Kumbh 2024. The final list of selected artists will be displayed on the Kala-Kumbh website and social media pages (Facebook & Instagram).
6. The online exhibition of selected candidates will be hosted on the Kala-Kumbh website, Facebook, and Instagram.
7. Participants are encouraged to share and tag Kala-Kumbh's Facebook page, Instagram, and website when the exhibition goes live.
8. Award results will be announced via email and posted on the Kala-Kumbh website, Facebook, and Instagram pages.
9. Award winners will receive their certificates and trophies via courier, with digital certificates provided to all participants.
10. The Jury's decisions regarding selection and judging are final. Only selected artists will participate in Kala-Kumbh 2024, and no correspondence on the matter will be entertained. The judging committee will not provide reasons for their decisions.
11. Artists are responsible for any copyright or legal issues related to their works. Kala-Kumbh and its partner organizations are not liable for any such issues.
12. Submitted entry fee will not be refundable.
